Housing in Collins View
We have a list of all properties inside the CV boundaries.
The list gives both the property's address and the owner's name and address.
There are 973 total addresses, some blankish. (Metro cemetery, etc).
The property owners break out as follows:
- We note ~100 out-of-portland altogether.
- 580 are Owner-occupied. Owner address == property address.
- 393 NOT owner occupied... aprox:
- ~100 of those are out-of-portland altogether (as above)
- ~100 are in Portland, but not in Collins View.
- ~100 are CVNA residents.
I may do a more exact break out of the 393 someday. It has to be kind of by inspection, since only the property addresses are known to be in Collins View, not the Owner addresses. Plus there are some slight variations in the way the two addresses were entrered into the county records. -jm (12-2006)
